Referral is an option if you are not able to help your patient because of the issue being out of your scope of practice. With sexual activity, there are PT's who do practice in the area of women's (and men's) health and you will learn more about this the Gender course. Thank you for sharing your resources - it is true that as a profession we are lacking in this area and there is no excuse for it. We must become more informed in order to give the best possible care.
